Rules for Using FStoryAmerica
These Terms explain the conditions that apply when you access FStoryAmerica, use website features, contact support, or purchase an available plan.
Important summary
FStoryAmerica is intended for lawful interaction with publicly available content. It does not authorize access to private accounts, restricted stories, protected systems, or content that you do not otherwise have permission to use.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using FStoryAmerica, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These Terms apply to visitors, subscribers, customers, and anyone who uses website features. Additional terms may apply to specific paid plans, promotions, integrations, or services.
2. Service Description
FStoryAmerica provides a browser-based interface intended to help users request and view information associated with publicly available Facebook stories and related public profile content. Available features may change, and results depend on technical conditions, content status, platform restrictions, and provider availability.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the website only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where permitted.
You may not use the website if applicable law prohibits you from receiving the service or if your access has previously been suspended for a material violation.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Examples may include:
- Viewing public story content for personal, informational, research, or legitimate professional purposes.
- Testing website compatibility and reporting genuine technical problems.
- Using paid features within the stated limits of the purchased plan.
- Contacting support about privacy, billing, accessibility, safety, or content concerns.
Permitted use does not give you ownership of third-party content or permission to republish, sell, alter, or distribute it.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use FStoryAmerica to:
- Bypass authentication, privacy settings, rate limits, access controls, or technical restrictions.
- Attempt to view private, friends-only, blocked, expired, deleted, or otherwise restricted content.
- Harass, stalk, threaten, defame, exploit, impersonate, or invade another person’s privacy.
- Collect personal information for spam, discrimination, surveillance, fraud, or unlawful profiling.
- Copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit content without the necessary rights.
- Upload malware, interfere with website operation, probe security, or conduct denial-of-service activity.
- Use automated systems in a way that creates excessive load or violates technical limits.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or reason for submitting a request.
- Use the website in a way that violates law, contract, copyright, privacy, or platform rules.
6. Public Content and User Responsibility
Content associated with Facebook profiles, stories, videos, images, names, logos, and other materials may belong to third parties. Availability through a public source does not eliminate copyright, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other legal rights.
You are responsible for determining whether your viewing, saving, sharing, or other use of content is lawful and authorized. FStoryAmerica does not grant rights in third-party content and does not guarantee that every public reference may be used for every purpose.
7. Plans, Payments, Renewals, and Refunds
When paid plans are offered, current prices, included features, usage limits, billing frequency, taxes, and promotional terms should be displayed before purchase. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the applicable amount.
Recurring subscriptions
A recurring plan may renew automatically until canceled, subject to the terms shown during purchase. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date when you do not want the next charge.
Changes to plans
Features, limits, and prices may change. Where required, reasonable notice will be provided before a material change affects an existing recurring subscription.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the offer, usage, payment provider, applicable law, and refund terms shown during purchase. Contact support with the transaction reference when requesting review.
8. FStoryAmerica Intellectual Property
The FStoryAmerica website, interface, design, branding, original text, graphics, software, and related materials are protected by intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated.
We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the website for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sublicense, sell, frame, or create confusingly similar services from protected FStoryAmerica materials except where law expressly permits.
9. Third-Party Platforms, Links, and Services
The website may depend on or link to third-party services such as social platforms, hosting providers, analytics systems, payment processors, or external websites. FStoryAmerica does not control their availability, content, policies, or security.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms. You are responsible for complying with Facebook, Meta, and other applicable platform rules.
10. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, or replace any website feature at any time. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security events, provider outages, technical failures, legal requirements, or changes made by third-party platforms.
We do not guarantee that a particular story, profile, format, feature, or plan will remain available or that every request will produce a result.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and freedom from harmful components.
Information on the website is for general informational purposes and is not legal, financial, cybersecurity, or professional advice. Seek qualified advice for decisions requiring professional judgment.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FStoryAmerica and its operators, affiliates, providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity; or damages arising from third-party content, service interruption, unauthorized use, or reliance on website results.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to FStoryAmerica for the affected service during the applicable preceding period or the minimum amount required by law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FStoryAmerica and its operators, affiliates, providers, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of content.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, enforce these Terms, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or prevent harm.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, dispute, and payment provisions—will continue to apply.
15. Governing Terms and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where FStoryAmerica is operated, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Any court or dispute forum must have lawful jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, pricing, technology, providers, risk, or law. The revised version will be posted with an updated date.
Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
